What You Need To Know!

FOOD

We offer a reduced ‘Show Menu’ for our sold-out ticketed shows which you can check out here. Smaller scale ticketed events we are able to provide our full menu.

PARKING

We have onsite parking available in our carpark, however, please note we have limited amount available; we recommend getting in early to get your park.

COURTESY BUS 

Our courtesy bus is available for our guests living from Fingal Head to Cabarita.

Simply call (02) 6674 1406 to book a pickup straight to Kingscliff Beach Hotel and provide your name, contact number pick-up address, time and number of people.

Please note there are no child restraints on this bus.

Friday: 5pm – 2am

Saturday: 5pm – 2am

SET TIMES

Set times will be revealed closer to the date. We advise you to arrive close to the door open time to grab the best spot in the house.

HOW TO GET HERE

Kingscliff Beach Hotel is located in the heart of beautiful Kingscliff at 102 Marine Parade, Kingscliff NSW. Onsite parking is available in our carpark. You can access this via Pearl street.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

There is wheelchair access via all doors. The closest disabled parking is in our carpark access via Pearl Street.

BATHROOM ACCESS

Kingscliff Beach Hotel has toilets available in our Bistro section to the right, marked Female & Male, we also have a disabled bathroom available in the Bistro area.

SMOKING & VAPING 

No smoking or vaping inside the venue. We have an allocated outside smoking area available located beach side, which our friendly staff can point out.

VANTAGE POINTS

Kingscliff Beach Hotel has a flat ground. This means everyone needs to work together to get the best possible view of the stage. If you want to be up the front, we recommend getting to the venue early to find a good spot.

SEATING 

Depending on the ticketed event size, limited seating will be available, however if the event is sold out, unfortunately we can not offer seating in the Beer Garden. If you’re worried about being on your feet for such a long period of time, we do have seating available across the venue for your comfort. Table bookings etc are not available for ticketed shows.

TICKET COLLECTION

When you buy a ticket online you will receive an email via Oztix, you can print off the PDF or download the E-ticket and save to your Apple wallet.

WHAT TO BRING

YOUR TICKET & VALID ID

The PDF print out of the ticket or the E-ticket works for us!

Don’t stress if you have lost your ticket, at the door we will be able to look you up, however you will need to present your valid ID to gain access to the show.

DRESS CODE

No steel caps or thongs (shoes) permitted. Smart casual dress code applies.

PHOTO ID

All patrons in possession of an 18+ ticket will need to show some form of photo ID to gain entry to the venue. A physical driver’s licence, 18+ card and passport are all acceptable forms of physical photo ID, as is digital licence through the Service NSW app.

MERCH

The merchandise stand is located onsite, located to the right of the stage, and most accept cash and card. Merchandise is only available if supplied by the band/artist/performer.
