Earn rewards points with every visit to your local (yes, ordering your favourite parma with a side of chips counts).
Collect 1 point for every $1 spent at both the cellar or hotel.
Can’t be redeemed for cash, only in store credit.

Kingy Rewards is an app and loyalty program that rewards members with deals, benefits and points, just for enjoying their local pub and purchasing at their local cellar.
Kingy Rewards is exclusive to Kingscliff Beach Hotel and Kingscliff Cellars.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and drinks. Each month, new deals and benefits will be unlocked.
Once a certain points milestone is reached, members will move up a level in their membership, allowing them access to even more deals and benefits across the cellar and hotel.
Points are not able to be earnt through gaming.
You must be 18 years of age or older to join Kingy Rewards. Just head to the App Store or Google Play, download the app and sign up. If in the hotel or cellar, ask one of our friendly staff to assist you.
You’ll need a mobile phone number and email address to join. o=Once set up, you’ll be able to access benefits, offers, and more!
It’s simple to earn points with Kingy Rewards. When making a purchase, just open your app and click the ‘My Digital Card’ label from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Our team members will scan the barcode faster than you can say “cheers” and you’ll collect 1 membership point for every $1 you spend (terms and conditions apply).
No, points do not expire.
I’m glad you asked! The unlock moment is an exciting part of being a Kingy Rewards member.
Your first ‘unlock’ moment will occur when you first sign up for the app. By doing so, you will receive $5 to spend on any products at Kingy Cellars and $10 to spend at the hotel.
Once you have accumulated enough points to move up a membership level, you’ll again earn an unlock moment.
Once you have earned a new ‘unlock’ moment, it will automatically be redeemed against your next eligible purchase.
Unlock Moments expire 90 days after being earned.
The redemption process depends on the specific offer. For some deals, you simply need to scan your digital barcode (accessible within the Kingy Rewards app) when making an eligible purchase, and the discount or promotion will automatically apply (common with ‘unlock’ moments).
For other special offers, simply click on the one you wish to redeem and a QR code will appear on your screen. Show this to the staff at the till at the time of purchase and they will scan and apply. Once used, this particular offer will disappear from your app.
Don’t forget to scan your digital card as well in order to receive your membership points.
